We want you to be completely satisfied with your use of the program Country of the Week administers. We want all Country of the Week community members and users to be passionate and exciting fans of this project. We understand that won’t be the case for everyone and if that someone is you, no hard feelings at all.
Following any and all refunds, the user account for which the refund has been made will be deactivated along with access to all content and program progress. This can not be undone.
If you are within 60 days of your most recent payment and you are not satisfied with the value provided by Country of the Week over that time, we will refund all monies paid within that time frame, no questions asked. To apply for a refund, please reach out to us through our contact form.
